Really awesome post and congrats on winning the competition. I followed the LSM methodology for the two companies I am involved in WagePoint and Synapp6 and I have had nothing but incredible results. As for HireShark, I actually think a place where top talent can get &#039;discovered&#039; is totally lacking on the internet. A kind of place where resourcefulness is valued over having worked previously in a particular role - because i really do believe the culture of hiring is going from more linear (looking for evidence of having done the job before) to abstract (looking for evidence of the ability to do the job).

Just some thoughts :-)</description>
